Please pick which dates you would like to volunteer. You must attend one of the training days.

Festival Dates

Friday (03/08/2019) 9am-6pm
Saturday (03/09/2019) 9am - 6pm
Sunday (03/10/2019) 9am-6pm

Area Preference

You must select up to three areas of interest. All volunteers must understand that we will try to place you in accordance with your interests. Festival needs will determine all final assignments.

** Please keep in mind it is a first come first serve for positions**

Festival Positions (Although Some May Have Already Closed Due to Volunteer Needs)

Admission Gate: Help sell tickets and admit patrons into the festival.

Lemonade: Sell lemonade at various locations throughout the festival.

Beverage Booth: Must be 18 years or older. Help bartenders with whatever they may need.

Auction: Keep an eye on auction items while helping patrons participate in the auction.

Family Area/Community Art Studio: Help with different crafts in the family arts area.

Retail: Help sell retail at various retail booths throughout the festival grounds.

Membership: Help answer inquiries about membership at the admission gates. This information will be given to you.

Ask Me Volunteers: Set up around the festival grounds and help answer questions from patrons. Such as directions, location of bathrooms, etc.

Relief Squad: Fill in positions that need volunteers day of the festival. Must be flexible. Help give other volunteers breaks, water, snacks, etc.

Volunteer Agreement

I understand that I am expected to fulfill my entire shift on the day(s) I have chosen. I understand that volunteer needs change on any given day, and that I may be moved from my original assignment to where I am needed the most.

I have read and agree to the terms above.

Waiver Agreement

I agree to complete the volunteer shift(s) that I have been assigned. I hereby waive, release and forever discharge (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and personal representatives) any and all rights of claims I may now or hereafter have against the Scottsdale Arts and/or the City of Scottsdale. I consent to all emergency medical treatment as may be deemed appropriate under existing circumstances by medical personnel as necessary. I understand that if I am under 18 years old, I must have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian to participate.
